This cocoa missed the mark. It was very clumpy even in hot milk. It just wouldn’t dissolve. The taste was okay. I thought it would have a richer chocolate flavor, but it did not.

Preparation of the hot chocolate requires milk. The time it takes to prepare the drink is not worth the effort for a simple cup of hot chocolate. I wouldn't have time to prepare it in the morning before work.

this product sits like sluggish "stuff" all over the cup or all on the bottom. pure grainy sludge. I wish someone would have tried this product and warned all of us. I am sorry. I hate to slam a product, since someone else MAY have liked it. I did not like it at all.

This has absolutely no taste. I tried mixing it with both milk and water, no matter how much you put in it still just tastes like vaguely chalky milk or water.
