I only use olive oil for cooking food. I use olive spray when I'm adding ingredients to a frozen pizza. If I add onions I'll spray the onions so they don't burn. If I'm baking something I'll spray the pan, it doesn't work as well when the olive oil is in a bottle. The taste is the same.

I LOVE this Extra Virgin Olive Oil spray!! Once I learned about all the other oils (and shortening, margarine, mayo and cooking sprays, etc etc) I threw them all away and started over with bottles of Olive and Avocado Oils only! And most of our baked goods have Coconut Oil in them. Real butter (grassfed is better!), Avocado oil Mayo without any sugar added and this olive oil spray, which are all more heart healthy!! ❤️ I use this to spray the grill, my baking pans to make them non-stick for my cookies, cakes and brownies. And I use this to spray the tops when I want something crispier, especially in our air fryer, but in the oven too! Our cholesterol %23s have vastly improved and everything is AS delicious, if not MORE delicious than it all was before!!! ❤️ 1000/10!!

It's tough for me to do without this product. I use it practically every time I pan fry anything, and it is consistently high-quality and adds virtually no calories. It does clog up after about three or four weeks of use; it's a good idea to wipe off the nozzle after using it. But I've been using it for years and it is always high-quality. And it's very affordable.

No, not all nonstick sprays are equal! My kids sold me on olive oil and they are right! The Great Value brand actually has the better flavor and you can use in in more way than a regular nonstick spray.

This Great Value extra-virgin olive oil spray can is excellent when you need a small amount and don't want to pull out that big bottle/can of olive oil. The spray is light and even. I highly recommend this and the price is really a “Great Value” !!

I like using this olive oil spray for most of my cooking because it definitely helps reduce sticking and it feels like a better option than regular cooking spray. For the most part it does the job well, especially for pans, baking dishes, and anything that normally wants to stick. I have noticed that sometimes things can still stick a little even after spraying, so it's not completely foolproof. Also, if you spray too much, you can taste the olive oil more than you might want, so a light spray works best. Overall, I still prefer this one over regular cooking spray and keep it on hand in my kitchen because it works well and feels like a slightly better choice for everyday cooking.

This cooking spray works great. The taste is good and compared to name brands it's a good value. The only disappointing thing is the sprayer itself, the last 2 I've purchased have not worked. They leak the oil and sprayer doesn't work or it gets stuck and continues spraying. Like the spray though.
