Dash Original Seasoning Blend, Salt free, Kosher, 2.5 oz

everybody knows a well stocked spice rack, is your weapon during the holiday season. Mrs. Dash original is always on my spice rack and close by are several other varieties, I really like to use. We very seldom use any salts because we have grown accustomed to using lots of McCormicks spices. The variety is endless. Check out the gravy selections. Also, worth mentioning, One Pan Meals. The Farmers Market blend is hard to find, I might have to check at several different stores before scoring some (which I buy all they have, when I can. No, I have no connection with McCormick, I just like to make my meal as flavorful as possible. Thanks for reading.

Ms Dash is the best

It's a good, well-rounded spice blend. It's versatile; I use it on potatoes, greens, meat, just about anything savory, really. I especially like that it's salt free, because I prefer to add only a little salt to my tastes, but lots of rich spices for flavor.

I love the Mrs. Dash seasoning and use it in all of my dishes!! I have hypertension so I try to avoid salt however, I love to season the dishes that I prepare with Mrs. Dash. This seasoning adds great flavor and seasoning to any dish that I prepare.

This is Dash products are good for people that have restrictions on their diet like salt, sugar, and other things. There are many varieties to choose from. I use a lot of of them. I have restrictions on my diet and so this helps me keep myself from having too much sugar or too much salt in any form. I highly recommend this product and the other Mrs. Dash Products as well.

I can't use salt so I use other spices to liven food up and I love Mrs. Dash. I really like this flavor but I like all the flavors I've tried so far. It's wonderful to have so many options available for those of us who can't eat salt but even if you can eat salt this is still a really great seasoning for any dish, meat or vegetable.

This is the only flavoring I use on chicken. I don't need to do anything else. I take frozen chicken beasts or legs, add a bit of oil and however much Mrs. Dash I feel like, pop it in the air fryer or oven and blamo! Kids are fed. You can add potatoes and carrots as well. It all tastes wonderful.

Dash Original is an amazing find. As a senior, having to give up salt, I found this seasoning can be put on anything; frying eggs, cottage cheese, a "must" in every soup I make, any meat except port that I cook, and especially mashed sweet yams and potatoes. At my age, I am tired of all foods already and this is seasoning adds a fresh flavor to help me maintain my health.

Dash/Mrs. Dash is a necessity for home cooking to greatly reduce or even eliminate salt. Heart patients need minimal salt. Processed foods are generally way too salty. But Dash adds seasoning to pump up taste. But the openings in the salt shaker top are too large. Just Covering half of them with a dab of duct tape to reduce how much spice shakes out at once, makes the container perfect. I like the Original blend best, but there are many other Dash spice flavors.

I fully recommend this seasoning for anyone trying to watch or cutdown on their sodium intake. Even though I have never been a huge salt adder, it was suggested I cut down even further. I tried a few different seasonings and Mrs. Dash was DEFINITELY the winner. Plus, my levels have come back into a good range, so win/win.
