We love this griddle. We use it in our camper instead of the gas cooktop. The back shield is easily removed for cleaning. Making a number of pancakes or burgers at one time is so much better that the 3 you can fit in a fry pan and there is a grease catch cup so your food isn't soaked in grease. Easy cleaning, light weight too. Make a variety of sandwiches or grill a couple of steaks. I actually prefer using a power cord to an outlet over having an open gas flame in a tiny camper. Cleaner, easier to clean and less grease spitting and on your food. Just makes more sense. Not so large that it's hard to store or take along and it's light weight.

I love it, but it's too big for my counter I would've liked to return it get an electric skillet

I envisioned it to be larger but perfect for 2 people. No idea how to attach the splatter guard. Comes loose in box with no instructions. Obviously bent wrong when manufactured.

Like the size, the only thing I didn't care for is the temperature probe is not marked off for in between temperatures, so you have to use your judgment on 25 degrees or 50 degrees, it's marked in even temps of 200, 300 %26 400 degrees.

we still haven't heard nothing back on %231 of the items pancake spencery the package was opened when it was delivered and found it was not in it so please send it thank u

I will be returning this as i had bought it as a Christmas gift and the packaging is terrible.Just a plain brown box.No label or anything.The packaging makes it look used.I was very disappointed.

The size is extremely small and not worth the price

It was already used and the electric part you plug into grill was burned at the tip. I return the item

They show this having a high back on it but it doesn't have that

They didn't the cord in the box to use it how do I get a new one or cord
