Cat Craft 41.73 ” Light Gray Faux Fur Large Cat Scratching Post with Replaceable Toys and Sturdy Base

I bought this cat scratching post because of it's height. The other posts are about half the size of this one and my cat cannot really stretch out. I had no idea how tall it actually was but I've gotten used to it in the house. I had no issue putting this together. My cat was a little apprehensive with it at first so I rubbed catnip on it. A day later she started scratching on it little by little and now she's on it all the time! The great thing is the post stays in place while she's scratching plus there is nothing to clean up after she done. Very durable. With the rug scratching post, pieces come off after the cat scratches it. She's had it for about a month and it is really holding up well. The rug on it pulls out a little bit but not off. I used a sweater shaver on it and it works really well. I will definitely buy another for another room in my house.

My two cats are obsessed with this already! I can't believe I waited so long to upgrade their smaller scratch post. it's very sturdy, my brave kitty has already figured out how to perch herself on top! it has already given my cat that doesn't like cardboard scratchers something to scratch besides my furniture.

my cats really love this! theyvuse it all the time. even my cat who never used to use a scratcher (he preferred the furniture) is using. only downside, they dont want to share so i might need to buy another one!

The product was easy to assemble and is both sturdy and compact. Our cats seem to enjoy it so much that we purchased two more.

This scratch post is very sturdy and looks good on my room. My kitten loves scratching and climbing this pole. She gets good exercise on it.

First of all my reason for 4 stars is the carpet around it started separating after one day of use. I do believe I can find a way to tack or glue it back down. Other wise one reason it started coming loose is my cats ATTACKED it! They absolutely love it. They scratch it, roll around on it and climb it. It's tall and this allows them to stretch out while scratching. Something they couldn't do with the last post we had. Very easy to put together. Cats were all over it during assembly. Definitely overall recommend.

very cheap. item came damaged/dented. not plush carpet at all so cat won't use it. bottom screw isn't recessed so would if scratched my floors. was easy to assemble but not worth it. returning it tomorrow.

not good quailty the seam where the covering meets on the bottom half is coming apart after 2 days!

In3 days ,cat tore it apart. Do not buy it will make you angry for wasting your time.
