Cat Craft 45-in Cat Condo and Scratching Post Cat Tree Tower, Dark Gray

This cat condo is perfect and the cats love it. They're tearing away with their claws on the rope construction. It is a lot taller than most condos and the cats appreciate the height. It makes them feel like big shots up there! Only problem was.....it was short one washer to assemble it. That one washer was very important to avoid wobbling. So...I had to make a special trip to the store for one washer that particular size....Big. Other than that...its a great cat condo. I would recommend this product to a friend.

The product was exactly what I was looking for, easy to put together, easy to move to where I wanted. My cat loves it, put near a window and notice that when I leave home he can look out until I get home. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

Extremely easy to assemble. This is the second one we purchased. We have 4 cats and they all use it. This second one seems to have addressed the design flaws of the first one (nothing major). Nicely sized so it can be placed about anywhere.

As peole who care for the wellbeing of our house mates, we appreciate the exercise that this gym tower provides for the 2 gymnasts in house. daily scratch contests and climb fest keeps them healthy. After a few days, they realized the potential for fun, we added some heavy weight on base plate to secure their crazy antics. the suspended toy did not last, but they played with it on floor. cats will be cats!

My cat loves this as a perch but the little cat cave is too small. a kitten may fit but he doesnt. it is a little wobbly, like its top heavy, but hasnt fell. I believe if I had multiple cats it may fall. Idk, it may just be my rambunctious cat. Worth the money I guess. I cant wait to add a few more; better cat trees. It's about 4 ft tall and 2ft by 18in give or take. Perfect for a window perch.

Easy to assemble quickly and my cats do love it, but it does require a lot of trial and error adjustment to keep it stable .Works best against a wall and on a hard floor. As my cats use it , I have to readjust the posts a bit to restabilize. All in all it works in a pinch for the price.

the strings that hold the ball on are thing. I've had not even had this a month and 1 ball is missing. Also the pieces of carpet constantly come off and she's not even scratching that part. every day I have to vaccume all the pieces. this is my first ever cat tree I bought so I dont know if the carpet shedding is typical or bad product. I should have looked around more.

two stars because it looks cute and it was easy to put together. i got this about a month or two ago and it is already loose. i tighten it constantly, but still the same issue. my cat is maybe 2 pounds so the weight isn't the issue. i wish i would have spent the extra money on a netter one. i didn't expect it to last forever, but i did expect it to last longer than 2 months

Not only is this piece of garbage made of very low quality material, pressed fiberboard....it didn't even come with the hardware to put the thing together. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM WAL-MART AGAIN!!!

Shaky, unstable, and too small. I have a 17 year old senior cat and she fell off this twice. The first time was unexpected and the second time I was able to catch her mid-fall. She's ok though thankfully. So the biggest issue: the base is too small for how tall this is, and the ledges are wayyy too tiny. They are only half squares and there's just not enough room for the cat to jump up and down safely. That's how my cat fell; she was trying to jump down to a lower ledge. Its not wide enough to land safely. She lost her footing and fell because there's enough room. I ended up taking it apart and assembling it completely different than the instructions. The first time I did it per instructions. It was so tall and sooooo wobbly. If you just bumped it or your car moved slightly the whole thing moved and looked like it would fall l. I actually tied string around the middle post and secured it to put entertainment center for fear of it falling over. So then I took it apart and put it together differently. I took one of the half ledges and it it over the half ledge to make a full square. Basically I shortened it by one level and made the ledge bigger. Boy my cat can jump up and down from it safely. She's happy and mapping away. Before she was terrified and would go on it by herself and never fully relaxed on it. Now it's much safer and she's happy[see photo]. Would I buy this again? No. Would I recommend it? No. Did I figure out a different way to make it work? Yes. But overall the design is still terrible and the company never should have put this on the market.
