This is a great morning tea that will give you a little energy for sure. Don't use boiling water or you will ruin the tea; let the water cool off a bit or you will destroy the health benefits. Then the tea needs to steep for ten minutes before its ready. It has a light peach flavor; I can't really taste the matcha. I add a couple teaspoons of clover honey and some almond-coconut milk and it tastes like peaches and cream. It definitely has caffeine and I can feel it kick in immediately. Good for when you want a healthy alternative to coffee.
