Cellucor NO3 Chrome, Nitric Oxide Pump Amplifier, 90 Capsules

The pump is one of the things I live and work out for. For everyone, it's also one of the most satisfying effects of a workout. NO3 makes the pump that much better! I was taking about 3 capsules before the workout, and it had phenomenal effects. The main thing is that I've been doing a strength training program for the past couple of months while I've been taking this. And you don't get the same kind of pump from strength training as you would from high volume hypertrophy training. It's much harder to get a solid pump from low rep heavy training. But from supplementing NO3, I was able to feel myself start to swell up even while I was benching, squatting, or deadlifting around 3-5 reps.

Really a big fan of the N03 caps. I've been on a pump amplifier over the course of my shred to account for the lack of calories to give me the same pump and vascularity that I would have with a higher carb diet. N03 does exactly what it needs to and allows me to achieve and maintain my pump throughout my workout and even for a few hours following a lift. I paired it with C4 50x (2 scoops) the first time and C4 regular (2 scoops) the second time and in both instances I felt a noticeable increase in pump and vascularity. Pills are nice and easy to take with my morning vitamin pack, CLA and Fish Oil and the serving size appears to be perfectly adequate.

I took this before my workout with iSatori's pre gro. Pre gro normally gives me a good pump alone but when stacked with NO3 it makes your muscles just a little bit more of a pump. It took it for my back and biceps workout and I normally struggle to feel a pump on my back but I felt it this workout. Personally it helps me get a better mind muscle connection, which helps me focus on squeezing and contracting my muscles . I did not notice any improvements in vascularity but I am in mid bulk. It was 3 pills but they were normal sized and nothing terrible.

Before heading to the gym I would swallow 3 capsules of N03 Chrome with a 10 oz. cup of water 30 mins. before my workout. I did not feel there were any difficulties or problems swallowing these capsules at all. From experience, sometimes there would be capsules that are too big or have a weird distinct scent that makes you not want to put it into your body. But with the NO3 capsules it was not an issue and after I did not have any stomach issues on my way to the gym and during my workouts. Even though this is a non-stim product, I thought the energy and focus were still ok even though I did not stack it with a pre-workout drink before my workout. Must have been my high carbs and protein meals. I still felt I was able to workout without feeling exhausted and unmotivated. The strength I had were great and nice. I didn't feel there was a moment when I felt weak or couldn't lift at all. As usual I was still able to lift heavy in all of my sets and exercises. My rep range were still the same whether I was going heavy, light or had drop sets. I did not set any new personal records. The muscle pumps I had were still tight and full. After my warm up sets, this was the time when I felt the pumps were gradually coming along towards the end of my workout. Did not feel my muscles were depleted, weak or small. I was clearly able to see my veins and muscles popping out while lifting which I liked a lot. This is still an excellent product from Cellucor. I believe if I stacked the NO3 Chrome with a pre-workout drink such as the C4 then my energy and focus, strength, muscle pumps, performance, endurance would have been incredible. If you are a fan of Cellucor and love stacking products in your workouts, then I would recommend this product. It would definitely be your go to product and a must have if you want those slight extra strength and muscle pumps.

I have used the old NO3 back in the day with great results, nothing has changed with this new generation. I usually break the capsules up and mix the powder into my C4, so the taste is pretty bad, but the results are worth it. Veins everywhere and skin tearing pumps if you do a high volume arm/shoulder workout.

This product is a bit pricey for me as a college student, but it is definitely worth the money. I save it for all my upper body days and the pump and the vascularity i get from this product are unreal. I don't feel like I fatigue as much which leads to a longer and harder workout. Would highly recommend.

NO3 Chrome is a stim-free option offered to the user to help improve their overall vasodilation, stamina, and endurance during their training. Below is the ingredient profile of the product: Image The product is also intended to help you produce longer lasting and more intense "pumps" while training; Increased blood flow will also help with increased nutrient delivery to the muscle, along with increased delivery of oxygen to the muscle to help you train longer, or at least provide you with some more stamina and endurance while training. I am coming off of a long caloric surplus that also has been paired with more powerlifting-based training, meaning heavier weight with lower reps and longer rest time. I tested this product as a standalone with a consumption of about 50g-75g of carbs during the several sessions I sampled it. My training sessions consisted of more volume this time around, as I have been transitioning to more of a hypertrophy training, more volume, more reps, and more sets. I also did this in order to test out the "pump" properties of NO3 Chrome. I used the standard dosage of 3 capsules about 60 minutes prior to training, as the instructions state. Cellucor products for the most part really do work for me, but in the case of NO3 Chrome 4th Gen, I did not see much of any difference in terms of what I felt and experienced during my training. I made sure to have 2 upper body training sessions with a lot of volume to see how long I could keep the almighty pump, but I did not notice any difference in terms of length of the pump OR strength of the pump compared to what I normally feel. From the stamina and endurance standpoint, I did notice some reduction in the amount of rest I was taking in between sets! I typically don't wait longer than 90-120 seconds between sets, but with NO3 chrome I did find myself resting only about a minute to a minute and a half. Greater oxygen delivery is going to help assist overall endurance and stamina, so in this regard I believe NO3 Chrome helped somewhat. I really would like to see how this product affects my training when I am deep into my caloric deficit, when I am much leaner and have more visible vascularity to really test out NO3 Chrome. I'm the type of consumer that likes to "feel" the product working, whether that be tingling, a surge of energy, a slight flush feeling on my face, something! Again, like I always say, that I my personal preference and what worked or didn't work for me will not necessarily be what you experience. I do have a few more samples of the product so I will be saving them and test out the product after about 2-3 months into my deficit and see if I notice and difference compared to now. I believe NO3 Chrome will be a product that really aids my training once I am lower on overall calories and carbs; that, and the vascularity is something I really want to see once I'm nice and lean! If you are looking to put together a stim-free stack and are on the leaner side, I would recommend adding this product because of the benefits it can provide, but for me personally, I am a stim-guy, and when I am cycling off stims, there are simply other products that I prefer. A word of caution: this is a nitrate based product! Be careful when stacking this with other products so as to not overload on nitrates as there are negative side effects associated with doing so! This will be another product that I do a follow up review once I am deep into my caloric deficit to do a comparison and see if I experience anything different :)

I've always been skeptical of products used solely for a pump, but I tried this out on a few intense leg days and a shoulder day and it was insane! The ease of taking this product mixed with its results is phenomenal. I saw my first shoulder vein when I took it, so no going back now!

Got it for the first time a while back and love seeing that it is a product that works. You will feel better during your workouts and you will be able to see results during. The number of capsules I take varies depending on the day but my baseline is 2 per workout with 4 being my max.
