I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now because of being stiff all the time which is part of my disease. For me personally it has helped significantly. I can get up and down much easier. Someone had said it helped them so I tried. I am so grateful for the recommendation. I also liked that you didn't need a prescription for it and you can buy yourself. Walmart Equate has worked great for me and it was very inexpensive Thanks Walmart

Not totally sure if its working. I'm taking it for nightly leg cramps which appears to be happening less. i would recommend trying it at least once to see if it works for you.

Really like the size and mg. Last brand I used was huge!! These are small enough to swallow. I have trouble with big pills.

Works better than any other Magnesium that I have tried or used.

Only thing that helps me rest at night and wake up in a better mood

Not a consistent product. First bottle was “yellowish clear” like vitamin E capsules. The next two bottles were brown and yellow marbled in color. Not clear.

I would give this no stars if I could. the soft gels weren't soft at all and were discolored, which is probably due to being exposed to extreme heat during storage or transport from China. I should of paid more attention to where they were made as I thought they were made in the US. Thank goodness for Walmart's return policy, cause these are going back . I'll be buying my Vitamins locally and I'll be more careful to see where they're made from now on.

I wasn't happy with this product. I saw no difference in my health or energy levels plus it did not aid in cleaning out my system.
