I was happy to find a salt that included 60+ nutrients that natural salt has. I use salt every day on my food and wanted to ensure I'm getting the most nutrients out of everything I can. The celtic sea salt does have that ocean salt taste. It took me a few times eating to get used to it but now it's my new normal. just wish they added iodine so it was a complete nutrient.

Has the sodium, chloride, and ALL of the minerals that our bodies need to use it. Totally opposite of table salt. Plus this dryer salt will come out of a shaker. Important for my husband

Love this salt, it's real salt! It has good texture and it tastes great! You get the minerals you need and you don't get dehydrated. I take a pinch when I need the extra boost, it helps with dehydration.

I had no idea there was a difference in the quality and taste of salt. My health care professional recommended this particular brand of salt for a treatment we were doing. I was so impressed with this salt for my treatment, I have incorporated it into my daily cooking and eating. I definitely will be getting more of this!
