Seen this salt on different online forums about its great for acne. My teen daughter has acne on her face. She visits the dermatologist and she was wanting to put her on medication for it. Seen you can use this salt for acne and purchased for her. She mixes with water 2xs a day and washes her face with it. Believe it or not her face looks soo much better. I’m not saying 100 percent cleared up but a very large improvement for sure. Love to use all natural before putting chemicals in her body!
I'm totally obsessed with this Celtic Sea Salt! It gives everything I cook a deeper, richer flavor that my regular table salt just can't touch—seriously a game changer in my kitchen.
This soaks up water from the air more than other salts, I feel. I keep a small amount in a short, wide bottle that I can reach into, with the main bag in the refrigerator to stay dry.
By word of mouth I brought this product from a dedicated user of the product. We were just discussing slat related to high blood pressure and I assured this was better than Himalayan pink salt and others. It taste good but for the kid I have be careful because a little does go a long way! LOL! No justifications just trying something new!! Try it for yourself and post your own results!!!
I was needing an alternative to my beloved salt shaker. Blood pressure demanded it. I tried this Celtic stuff, reluctantly. Whew! It definitely came through, for my salty fixes! Wowza! A little dab will do ya! I foresee this little bag, lasting me my lifetime.
I’ve waited a while before trying this salt because it was expensive, but thanks to the many ways of saving using Walmart online I finally tried it and it was great, and definitely worth the wait. Thanks for a great product and thanks Walmart for the savings. Great team!
This salt has a great mineral flavor, but it is a little spendy. I use it alongside iodized table salt rather than replacing table salt completely, since many sea salts are not a reliable iodine source. That gives me the flavor and trace minerals from the Celtic salt while still keeping iodine in the mix for thyroid support. The brand advertises 70 trace minerals and elements, including minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, and zinc.
I really enjoy cooking, baking, and overall knowing what is going into mine and my children’s bodies. It’s important to me, that I feed my children, and myself food that is going to nourish our bodies, not help it to deteriorate at a quicker rate. This salt goes a long way, seriously, I had one bag; that I used for months and months. I just recently bought a new bag. A little goes a long way. It’s definitely needs to be crushed unless you want course salt, and again, it goes a long way, just a little. According to research, this is one of the best salts to consume, it’s high in minerals, and doesn’t affect your blood pressure the same as iodized salt. I am not a doctor, nor do I claim any of these statements to be 100% accurate. With anything I believe people are unique, and should do their own research and find what works best for them and their life, family, etc. this is what works for us. It tastes good, adds flavor, tenderness to meats, steaks, salmon, chicken, veggies, as well. Overall, has become my go to salt. I used to eat Pink Himalayan Salt, with my food.
I like using the salt very much. The minerals that come with the salt are very good for our body. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
Currently there is a class action lawsuit in California due to the amounts of lead, and arsinic found in this product.
