Great stuff! Not only was I able to clean out my containers for cider, but I could use the cleansing water for other uses as well.

No clear directions for use
I plan on trying a small amount of home brewing. I purchased this based on generally favorable reviews at different sites. I'm giving this a low rating because there's almost no direction for use. It only says dissolve 1 tbsp in 1 gallon of warm water. Nothing about length of time solution effective: can it be saved or reused? How long a soaking, or rinse etc? Is 1 min to short or 10 min too long. If you're experienced you know or have a baseline for the answers. Well I'm not. Don't plan on repeat purchase.
