[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good probiotic. It combines Bacillus Coagulans probiotic with vitamin C to help with digestive health and overall immune system. The capsules are big, but normal compared to other vitamins and probiotics. You are directed to take 2 a day and I noticed a change in my digestive system about 3 or 4 days in. I like that there are a lot of natural ingredients in this product.
