Good Quality Plate with Nice Features
Good quality plate. I purchased as a single plate, to do overhead tricep exercises. The grips/cutouts make the plate easy to hold and the rubber coating will not damage my hardwood floor.

Very nice plates. I first ordered the cast iron ones. One came cracked already s d they were very noisy. For $20 more, these rubber plates are the best.
