Champion Barbell Bar Wrap Pad

Exactly what I wanted. A slim and short pad to leave on my bar, a lot of options are too long and thick and this is exactly what I was looking for. Described measurements reflect the actual product.

My Mom and I got these because we take Body Pump at our gym a few times a week. The bar used to kill our backs but with this cushion, by the end of the class, we have no neck/back/shoulder pain at all. It has even allowed us to increase our weight on the bar. I would definitely reccommend it. It's also really light weight so I just keep it in my gym bag at all times.

This barbell pad fit my olympic bar just fine and worked as well as I would expect, that is until I started to load the bar with weight. In the very first workout using this pad, after ratcheting up just 400 lbs. on the bar, which barely qualifies for heavy squats, the pad under the nylon fabric split in half. Now every time I use it, the bar bites right through providing little comfort for my back. I would not recommend this pad if you need to rest more than 350 lbs on your back. Now I need to go buy a more durable barbell pad.
