CAP Barbell 1 In. Chrome Spring Clip Collar, Set of 2

These are standard barbell clamps. They are made of metal and have some rubber at the ends of them so you don't hurt your hands. They are really sturdy and have been really good so far. I was worried that these wouldn't fit or that they would slip off in the middle of a workout, but they're perfect for a 1 inch barbell/dumbbell. They also work decently well for a forearm trainer. Nothing too intense or strong, but they're excellent if you're recovering from something and want to take it easy. The grip is a nice addition and makes removing them a lot easier. I tested it and each were able to handle more than 100lbs of weight which really exceeded my expectations. I would recommend these to a beginner for their home gym

Great barbell collars. I purchased this for a new 1 inch barbell for deadlifts. Very strong hold. Very high quality construction. I also found another use for them. I keep a pair at my desk. Every morning I do three sets of 12 squeezing them in each hand. Excellent for improving grip strength. If you are looking for removable collars for 1 inch barbells and dumbbells, these collars a great choice. Note: these do not work on barbells with threaded collars (the kind where the collars spin on).

Much better than my old set that I had to put in a vise and hammered them into submission to round them out properly. These work with zero tweaking and also have a reasonable amount of handles compared to my old ones so you can get an easier grip when putting them on and off. For the price, I can't see anyone going wrong getting a set or two.

The Cap chrome spring collars are east to install and effectively do their job. Recommend them 💯 percent.

Collars fit my 1" dumbbell bars just fine. I do have to squeeze them all the way until the handles touch to get them on, but once they are on they are not going anywhere. Which for me, is a plus as I wouldn't want plate weights sliding off onto my face.

Work well for what they are. A bit tight to squeeze on.

The weights will not fall off and the clips are very very strong, I sometimes have a difficult time opening them enough to fit on my standard bar. Once I finally get them on, they work great

Only got the clips. I was suppose to have a whole set delivered. Walmart delivery has always let me down and I will not be ordering from here anymore.

I asked for bigger one 2inch and sent me 1inch. Wasted money
