Great value
I purchased this bar due to the ability to slide the plates on and off without having to screw and unscrew the plate caps. The spring clips that I have were a little tight when I first put them on but after applying a little Vaseline the clips slide on much easier. I use this bar not for tricep exercises but for hammer bicep curls on preacher bench. If you want to blast your biceps this bar on a preacher bench works great.

Perfect size!
Perfect size and versatility for different exercises. Grip feels good. Definitely recommend this for weight training.

Great Quality
Great quality. I have purchased many work out items from CAP for over 10 years. Have never had any issue with the equipment. They can generally last a life time if kept in a good conditions. I will definitely keep supporting their company! Due to the heaviness of the item, the box did arrive a little beat up, but other than that no issues. Thanks!

New favorite
Honestly my new favorite addition to my home workout room collection. It's very well made sturdy and has a great feel to it, the handles I feel are made perfectly for skull crushers or over head tricep press and perfect for supersetting with hammer curls. Bottom line if you're on the fence I recommend pulling the trigger and ordering.

Great quality and good purchase at Walmart
Bar is very solid and very ergonomic. Well suited for triceps and biceps exercises. The bar is made very solidly. I was surprised by its weight which testifies to its solidity. CAP Barbell products do not disappoint me! Thank you Walmart for the super fast delivery service!!! I recommend this product and this store without hesitation

Good quality tricep bar. You have 6.25 inches of usable sleeve on either end. the rubber gasket takes up about 1/8 when used. The finish is acceptable. I needed to file a few spots of welding spatter on the handle and sleeve portions.
