Charbroil Gas Grill, Performance Series FlavorMax 5 Burner Grill with Side Burner and Griddle, Black

Mine came in perfect condition, no dents or dings not even a scratch. I was able to get it up and cooking in about an hour and a half, then gave it a 15min burn in to clear out any dust and burn off any oils from the manufacturing process, and had a six pack of Sausage cooking in a flash! I've had many grills in my lifetime and I'm pretty hard on them and cook 3 to 4 times a week from May to September and solar I've Cooke Sausage the first night, hamburgers and hot dogs the Second and the real test for a any gas grill Chicken thighs with the skin on and this Grill did it Flawlessly! No insne and annoying flare ups and fires like I've has on my other grills, cause with the 5 Burners you get more control of you flame and temperature and you can use the indirect cooking too! I used the included griddle attachment to sear my steaks and was able to cook a lb of Bacon without ruining my stove! Also the side burner is a huge plus to help get dinner done fast! I used it to sauté mushrooms and Onions while grilling the Steak and corn on the Cobb! Looks like this one will last a while, I also bought the matching cover too! Very happy Thanks Charbroil

just what we needed. lots of cooking space. plenty of room for steaks and veggies. absolutely love this. so glad i went with this one over other big names i was looking at. this is a winner for us.

I bought this for my dad for Father’s Day as his old one was on its last leg. It arrived quickly. When my dad got it, he started to build it. It did take a few hours to build so if you’re not good with tools have it built for you. Used it that same night with ease. He likes how it looks and cooks. I would recommend buying this.

Grills send great but the picture shows it with a cover and no cover actually doesn't come with it so it's deceiving to me and my daughter thought so also

decent grill. not quite as sturdy feeling as it looks online but not horrible either. it's half the price of a upper tier so temper expectations. i bought it mainly because of price and included griddle that sits on the top of the grate which is a nice bonus

The parts list in the instructions didn't match with parts supplied so it was a bit of a challenge to match thigs together. Specifically, the nuts and bolts. Labeling didn't line up with the instructions

the box was delivered in bad shape. it was torn and taped shut. after setting it up noticed the door had couple of dents. I contacted Walmart and manufactured and they said I would have to purchase another door. I sent pictures to show them how it was received. they did not care!!! very disappointed in how it was handled and lack of customer service. I will not be buying from this seller in the future!

The grill arrived looking like it was tossed off the back of a truck on the interstate. It took a long time to assemble and pieces were bent, chipped and would not fit together due to the severe damage. When contacting Walmart the experience got even worse. They refused to send another grill assembled. They instead expected me take the grill back apart, repack it and send it back and order another one. Walmarts customer service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. The grill is not usable and I’m out 511$. Save your money and time and chose a different grill

Sadly I can't add every other scratch the grill has because it amounts to way over 5 pictures that Walmart allows. It's funny because Walmart allows all this unprofessional packaging and third-party company's to tarnish their name, but can't let us show them why their name is be tarnish. Anyway, this was a gift for my dad, me and my brothers all pitched in…very excited because he's had the same old char-broil grill for yearrrrs. Which I also have proof of lol, but can't share. He's an a good man, and always put our needs before his. So that being said, now that we all make money, we wanted to buy and build him a grill. Specifically order because the good grills aren't offered in a such a small town, we'd have to drive hours to see stores with good grills. This box came in damaged man, I mean look that the evidence, how it arrived. Disrespectful bro…anyone ANYONE spending 200 deserves their products to be taken extra care of, but okay, nearly $500..that's a lot of money, and it deserves to be taken even more seriously. Was it, no.. I saw the comments, and decided to risk it, trusting Walmart has their bad days, and people complain a lot nowadays..but dang bro, was I wrong. Immediately I was scared when I saw how it was delivered… We can't just take a gift and resend it back when it's already been built and was planned to be given in gift. Walmart, pooped on our day. My opinion, quit using Walmarts as a main stream for all these third-fourth party business..adhere to the reviews…and if its well known company that has their own website, just go through them..they'll treat and take care of you because it's their business on the line. Walmart is just trash these days.

Grill didn’t come with all parts needed. We didn’t realize until we put the base all the way together and it was time to place the top on. Reached out to manufacturer and they told us the part we needed was on back order and wouldn’t be in for weeks and that we needed to return it to Walmart.
