I ordered the large chocolate Charleston chew candy bars they sent me tiny stale vanilla ones instead and I tried contacting them and you can't get through

Poor customer service
A label was created and then nothing. I believe this was done so they could get paid because I had to reach out 7 days later as my item sat with no movement. Was never given to USPS. I then had to wait 48 hours for seller to respond they were overwhelmed and my shipment would be late!!! 2 days after that my order was cancelled. I do not recommend this seller and had I read the reviews prior I would have never purchased from this joke of a company.
