I am so glad I found this with lotion added! It makes such a difference and feels so much better than the softest without the secret of the lotion! Thank you! I had been faithful to Cottonelle with Aloe and Vit E but apparently it was discontinued. Please keep this one in the market - I think it is great!

Excellent product offering savings for bulk purchases. The best toilet paper on the market, bar none! This one specifically designed to be gentle on the skin will be always safe for any person. It is soft and strong at the same time, while you can use less and save some money without any fear of unexpected tearing during use! Excellent product

This is the only TP I use and I hope it never goes away. A little pricey, so jump on it if it's on sale. The initial tearing isn't as easy as the Charming n Strong and takes some unrolling and tearing. Very soft. Great if you have IBS or other stomach issues that require your presence on the throne.

Just being frank: if you have hemorrhoids, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), or Crohn's disease, are prepping for a colonoscopy, or you're in any situation that causes frequent bowel movements, this is the next best thing to a bidet for gentle cleaning. I haven't come across another toilet paper that comes close. I hope they never discontinue it. It's pricy, but it's worth it (IYKYK). Pro tip: the Walmart price is typically better than the Amazon price.

Two things that annoy me endlessly: Toilet paper with cutesy patterns "embroidered" onto them (swirls, flowers, etc). Yuck. I do not need my toilet paper to be decorative. and scratchy thin toilet paper... I think we all deserve to treat ourselves to the nice stuff. Y'know? Yeah. This is thick and soft and straightforward and you'll like it. Don't even get me started on the ruffled tearing paper...

My husband and I wouldn't consider ourselves picky with just about anything in our home. Grocery brands, paper towels, toiletries, etc. We are definitely picky with the toilet paper though and this is our favorite. Charmin, the green pack. It used to say with aloe but this one is it. 100% recommend this!

BUYER BEWARE! The Charmin Ultra Gentle online description says 18 rolls of 286 sheets per roll when actually it is only 231 sheets per roll. This leaves the buyer about 3.5 rolls short from what they pay for - in other words, False Advertising. To make things worse I have to Return it by driving to FedEx, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. FedEx will pick it up, but their window is ALL DAY to sit at home and wait for them! I have Walmart , but now over a pack of Toilet Paper I will be checking out other Online delivery services.

I used to be a customer of Charmin until Covid hit and your prices went out of sight. I've been using another brand but was out of stock when I needed it so I purchased this ultra gentle to try it. Big mistake!! This paper is so thin and tears with each use. Also there is nothing soft about it. So disappointed!!

Did NOT receive this product, therefore recieved a refund. Pricing could be better for this item since it is disposable. Product is good for sensitive skin. When using a new roll the sealed part sticks and when you detach it (even if slowly), it rips the other layer. Then in order for you to be able to use the ripped paper you have to crumple it, which is not too effective for wiping.

This used to be soft and lotiony and now is like sandpaper. The last two CASES of this toilet paper have not been the same product as past years of buying this. Will stop buying.
