Because of the bulk size each roll last me for weeks. And I don't have to deal with it ripping while using because of how strong it is. Plus certain stores will have it on sale so that's a great plus as well.

I've been using this product for years. Growing up we were an ultra soft family but now that I'm married and have a family of my own we have gravitated to the ultra strong. I avoid going to the bathroom anywhere that I know won't have this toilet paper.

Absolutely no complaints here! We've stuck with Charmin Ultra String Super Mega Roll for a few years now and have no plans on switching anytime soon. It's a great deal and gets the job done well. I love Charmin. I've been using Charmin ever since I was old enough. It's all my family ever used. Oh, I strayed here and there but the Super Strong Mega Rolls are just awesome. Now you can't find it anywhere. I see your commercial that your working 24-7 to make and ship to stores however, I don't know where they are going as I haven't been able to find any for a month and a half. It just doesn't make sense as to why there is no toilet paper (any brand) anywhere in any store. I personally think the stores have them but are hoarding them for themselves. SUGGESTION: Skip the middle-man, sell direct to the customer. This would work out in both our favor. It would prevent these stores holding our TP hostage and it help to keep us from entering into these Covid-19 virus infected stores for nothing each and every day. Thank you.

I am extremely picky with my toilet paper. I do not like ones that are too soft nor too thin. I have tried cheaper brands to save money and it is not worth it. Charmin (the red one) is the only one I will buy because it does not tear when in use and I don't have to double up in order to feel clean.

I like this toilet paper, but hate the narrow rolls. I won't be buying again. Was buying the Costco Charmin but it leaves small wads of toilet paper and too much dust. Guess I be buying Northern until you go back to the wider rolls.

I decided to try this brand over our typical. I will say I was very quickly disappointed!! All rolls were ragged and torn apart in spots. This looked like a machine issue! Whoever let them leave needs to fo their job properly ensuring the quality. Yes, its just toilet paper, but if it looks like its been living in camping gear fir years, it will make my bathroom look unkempt and trashy. Horribly disappointed that I paid more for this brand than my usual and got FAR lower quality.

I'm concerned about the strong chemical smell coming from this toilet paper. The odor is sharp and similar to bleaching agents used in paper manufacturing mills. After opening the package, the scent filled the room and caused immediate irritation. This is a product meant for direct contact with skin, so any harsh smells or irritants are unacceptable. I strongly encourage the company to investigate the manufacturing process, additives, or packaging. Quality control is essential, and customers deserve a product that is safe, neutral, and free of harsh chemicals.

Paper sticks to roll making it difficult to pull off. Also the seam at start of roll is so deep you waste and rip apart enough to wrap around roll 3 times. Wasteful and frustrating.
