Easy to use I really like it it would save you money buying coffee outside I definitely recommend it

Decided to purchase another one yesterday with my Mother that she gave me as a gift and I just set up this morning since the other older Machine that I needed to replace with a new one lasted a couple years that we all used every day and that I purchased and gave to my wife for a present a couple of years ago. Very easy machine to use and very easy set up.

This is the third time we've bought the same coffee maker. Both times, they've been gifts for my family. The other time we bought mine on the recommendation of a friend, it's been very useful and long-lasting. We love the product, and it meets the needs of our home.

I like this espresso machine I used like every day to do my coffee. I like how fast do the coffee but the coffee with milk is not like very hot and I like like to be more hot. That's one thing I don't like but over it all he's a good machine one thing that I don't like is the make a little noise.

The coffee machine produces great foamy for lattes and cappuccinos, and the steam gets nicely hot—which is perfect for a proper espresso. Temperature is perfect. It’s lightweight, beginner‑friendly, and easy to use. Cleaning is simple too thanks to the built‑in cleaning feature, which is a really nice touch.

It works nice, when I first got it and I was cleaning as instructed and it wasn’t working, water wasn’t coming through. It was getting annoying, but by the grace of God, it decided to start cleaning! Had my coffee and it was good!

Brewed my first latte and the amount seemed off. The espresso amount is just fine, but the milk frothing amount is off by 1.5-2 oz for a single latte. Of course that’s easy to fix by just adding more froth. Also the brew is luke warm. I guess if you are a drink it right away type of person this might work, but I like to sip and savor and my latte got cold fairly quickly. If you have time to put your cup into a microwave or pour your brew into a small pan to heat it up more this machine will be okay for you.

I received a used machine at my home; I didn't pay for a used machine, I paid for a new one.

The product is used and inside the box are tissues indicating that the product was used and the product does not work. Unfortunately, a failed experiment. I requested a return of the product and it was replaced, but the same problem

Was just not a good part product it wasn't frothing the milk right latte had very little bit of milk and cappuccinos as well. You would have to keep pressing the froth button to make it more milky. Two shots of espresso weren't really two shots of espresso Milan.
