So glad I purchased this Chefman Electric Indoor Grill. I plan to do a lot of grilling throughout the year. Hamburgers, chicken, salmon, and veggies on the grill. No more out-to-dinner high cost of food restaurant bills with tipping (ugh) and bad at that. Healthy eating for me at home. The cost of this grill was lower than a restaurant bill. Wise choice to purchase this grill.
I absolutely love this beauty. Efficient, reliable, lightweight, tons of space on the grill to add numerous things at once. For someone with health issues cooking isn’t always easy. But, this lets me add all I need to feed my family without hurting myself with being able to add the burgers, bacon, and skewers all at the same time has helped me a ton. The food tastes like you made it on the outside grill with the delicious grill taste. They’ve definitely lived up to the hype on this beauty!
I was looking for something affordable, but worked well. Everything else was double or more the price this came up on a Google search got good reviews and only $40. I absolutely love it. My burgers taste like they were cooked right out on the grill and easy quick cleanup. I used mine on top of my stove and turned the vent on.
Well packaged electric indoor grill. Easy to put together and very easy to use. You do have to be careful with putting water into the pan on the bottom as it’s easy to spill the water. Placed the grill where I wanted it on the counter and then I used a measuring cup to put water in the pan. After the grill cooled down I used a cup to take most of the water out to prevent spilling any water. I let the grill preheat for 3-4 minutes and then grilled 4 top sirloin steaks on high which came out perfectly cooked, juicy and with great grill marks on them. I prepared the kitchen fan in case of smoke but the grill was completely smokeless. It may have smoke when grilling hamburgers but I haven’t tried that yet. Beware that the cord is short but it worked fine for me on the counter close to the electric wall plug. Clean up of the grill plate and the water pan was a breeze. I was thrilled with the clean up! Great sale price, easy set up, super easy clean up and virtually smokeless. I’m totally in love with this indoor smokeless grill and would buy it again!
I have had other indoor grills and this Chefman by far is the best one I have owned. It is simple to use, grills food up nicely, and clean up is really easy even if something is stuck on to the grill you don't have to figure out how to get the stuck food off it comes off easily in hot soapy water. The price was what prompted me to purchase this grill and I am very happy for the purchase the ease and clean up of this item. thank you
This grill is awesome! I waited for it to go on sale $39. Same as th copper one on Amazon. I did chicken and veggies last night. I will do cauliflower steaks and regular steaks tonight. My smoke detector in my kitchen is very sensitive and didn't go off. i put it on the stove under the range hood fan on low. Clean up was a breeze. I did manually because I think it will last longer. I am handicapped and could still do it. Get it while it's on sale. It's great!
Got this last night and grilled some chicken breasts on it for dinner tonight. Husband did the cooking, but overall we weren't upset with it. We live in an apartment and were worried about the smoke. There was much less than we anticipated, so overall it wasn't bad. We did find the temp control a bit tricky though. He had it between med high and high, and when we dropped it to medium it seemed like it wasn't doing much as the "sizzles" stopped, so we bumped the temp up again. The drippings pan collected nicely and the chicken wasn't dry, so I wonder if the water played into it keeping it moist. We're already planning the next grilled meal. We used to have a beautiful bbq and used it often when we lived in a house. Now that we've downsized this fit the bill. I got it for under $35, and honestly the only thing I wish it had was a lid, but I'm sure we can tent things with foil when necessary.
tried the cost way indoor grill on steak but the indoor grill seems to need another heating line in the middle of grill. the steak was very raw. next try was hamburgers which i used the corners to make medium cooked. want to try one more time, to see if the grill will actually cook correctly. the reason for 3 stars, not impressed yet.
I purchased this last week, but just took this out of it's box to use last night. It looks like it would be a great little grill, but it looks used AND the temperature control dial is broken so you can't turn it on or off. I presume you could maybe glue it back on OR turn the dial with a pair of pliers to desired temperature, but I don't feel like I should have to do that on a what I thought was a brand new $50 dollar inside grill. I will be returning it to the store that delivered it to me today or tomorrow. While I'm there, I will look and see if they have another one and double check that it's not used and/or broken before I leave the store.
This trash do not keep heated. it keeps turning off! I think I will try to return this trash. if you need to really char your meat. do not buy this!!!! the heat will not stay on! it is JUNK! -1 star!!!!! WORST PRODUCT!!!!
