Chefman 6 Serving Electric Indoor Grill, w/ Temperature Control, Smokeless, Stainless Steel

I purchased this last week, but just took this out of it's box to use last night. It looks like it would be a great little grill, but it looks used AND the temperature control dial is broken so you can't turn it on or off. I presume you could maybe glue it back on OR turn the dial with a pair of pliers to desired temperature, but I don't feel like I should have to do that on a what I thought was a brand new $50 dollar inside grill. I will be returning it to the store that delivered it to me today or tomorrow. While I'm there, I will look and see if they have another one and double check that it's not used and/or broken before I leave the store.

The grill arrived quickly and was well packaged but the power supply wasn't in the box. That's disappointing as I was hoping to use it this weekend. I'll probably return this one so I don't have an extended wait of a part I need to use the product.

Opened the item and it had clearly already been used. The grill was placed back in the box filthy dirty. Walmart had clearly taken it as a return and resold it. Disgusting.

This is how I received the grill I ordered! it was covered in grease, Used and put back in the box and sold to me as a new item!!!!! Walmart needs to do better!!!!!

Was very excited to to get this and use it, came very quick and with meat ready to grill, i open box to find no no paperwork or instructions, so i took grill out of packaging just to find it was used!!! I did contact Walmart, i they they would return it, but wouldn't get another one till next week and that i have to return this one, so no grilling tonight...and i have to return this dirty grill, Not happy at all!!!!!!!

So glad I purchased this Chefman Electric Indoor Grill. I plan to do a lot of grilling throughout the year. Hamburgers, chicken, salmon, and veggies on the grill. No more out-to-dinner high cost of food restaurant bills with tipping (ugh) and bad at that. Healthy eating for me at home. The cost of this grill was lower than a restaurant bill. Wise choice to purchase this grill.

I like this indoor grill because the apartment manager wont let us have a outdoor grill and also when I turn the oven on my lights goes off.

I am bedridden, unable to stand and walk. Weak muscles. I am unable to cook at the stove and really wanted to cook sausage to add to sausage gravy so it was meaty. I asked my husband to place this grill on our table and I was able to cook sausage. Yeah. Perfect for someone in my condition. Absolutely love this item.
