CHI 360 Precision Steam Iron for Clothes with Titanium-Infused Ceramic Soleplate, Retractable Cord & Auto Shut-Off, 1725 W, Black

I really like this Chi own it has wonderful heat. The steam works beautifully. It heats up fast. I just can't pray that enough. I had to send the first when I got back because the because the cord didn't retract correctly and the the safety feature didn't work correctly, but they replaced it quickly and the second one works correctly so I was able to keep it, but I think that the iron is well worth the money because it worked so much better than the cheaper irons do I can't praise this iron enough. I think it's well worth buying and I look forward to using it for years.

This really an excellent iron to press your clothes. It's presses smoothly and has an excellent steam system that leaves no mess. I would definitely recommend this iron if you want to buy it.

It glides incredibly smoothly, powerful steam, no drips, it's nicely weighted and has a comfortable grip. very thoughtful design. The rounded silicone base keeps the iron upright on the board when desired. Best of all is the 8 foot push button retractable cord. I love this iron !!

If you're looking for an iron comparable to taking your clothes to the cleaners, then it's worth every penny

light weight, easy to use.

said USE tap water, specifically not to use distilled. i have a well, and apparently that is even WORSE than distilled. Now i have to use a50/50 mix of filter and distilled. nope! will just use a spray bottle.

I would like to request a refund for I want to return the product.

I have to return due to the retractable cord keep getting stuck

It arrived with the box all broken and the iron has a big scratch. Not even tried to turn it on. It was shipped in unacceptable conditions. Highly disappointed

Worked just fine for just 3 1/2 months, then nothing. Absolutely will not het up AT ALL. Basically I paid about $25 a month to use this iron, which would be an annual cost of $300...I can't do that.
