Chicago Metallic Professional Petite Roast Pan with Rack, Grey

This pan is exactly what I was looking for. The only problem was that it was advertised as a broiler pan and the packaging cites it as a roasting and broiler pan. The problem is that the fine print on the back says it is not to be used under the broiler. Happily, I did not buy it for specifically for broiling, although it was a factor in deciding on the pan. It is still a nice looking pan that is just the right size for me.

This is a good size for my small toaster oven. Can cook many items that you couldnt usually cook ina small oven

I love it. It's perfect for roasting game hen s, tomatoes, potatoes %26 fish. I don't know how I've managed without it for so long. I have a full size roaster pan but this petite pan is perfect for everyday use. I definitely recommend it.

excatly size needed for meatloaf. rack make sure greese did not make it onto container.

I ordered the wrong one. 😕 I needed the larger one. Other than that it is very nice.

This was purchased for cooking hamburgers indoors in an oven when we cannot grill outside. This pan works well for that. The grill sits just high enough in the pan to drain fat away from the beef during cooking. It does not have a cheap, flimsy feel at all. The pan is thick and has weight to it. If not heated too high for long periods, I think it will be less likely to warp. This model is on the smaller side, but it will cook two 1/4lb patties side by side just fine. If you are cooking for more people, then keep this in mind. I've used it a few times since receiving it and am satisfied with it. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is that it's priced higher than what it should be for what it is. It's really just a simple small pan with a grill. If it withstands long term use, i.e. several years, without warping or rusting, then I will revise the rating to 5 stars as it will have proved to be worth the price paid for it. Fair or not, I work hard for the money. So hard for it, honey. I want my purchases to treat me right! :-)

It Looks to be great quality. I should have paid attention to how big it was. It's kind of small but it's perfect for meatloaf , which is what I really wanted it for mostly.
