First of all this medicine actually helped stop a cough and dried up a very runny nose over night. However, anyone with small children will know that the real challenge is getting the medicine into them. I've tried so many different products, and this is the FIRST that wasn't a fight to get down! My Granddaughter actually said “this tastes good “😊

My kids will tolerate this flavor. At first they loved it compared to other brand flavors. Over the years it has lost its appeal to them but I don’t think the actual flavor has changed. It’s just the fact that it is indeed medicine. When my 7 and 10 year olds are fighting cough and congestion this gives them timely relief for several hours sometimes even just one morning and one night dose. This is my go to meds I keep stocked especially during the school year.

It's nice to be able to get the day medicine and night medicine together! It really helps ease the symptoms when my kids have colds. I especially appreciate the night time one helping my kids sleep more comfortably when they have coughs and runny noses.

Works wonders for a cold when your child is 8 an fussing a sick an can’t sleep for a bad cough!!! If your child can rest without coughing nonstop this isn’t for your child when using the night time bottle So glad it helped my son!! We used this brand one night then next night a different brand rotated them for 3 nights! The day time bottle didn’t Seem much different except it does Not make your child sleepy that is a plus as well

All cough sirus OTC to strong with an adule I take only half what the sugges dose still fell the dry nose but it works stop cough running nose all the stuff. I recomment it.

The devil is a child’s cough and this stuff is perfect. If your child is 6 or older and coughing sneezing congestion got the crud, this will save you a trip to the doctor. I sware they just give you a prescription of this. Love it.

It works well enough, but is soon used up if you have a bad cold. And Walmart never keeps enough of it in stock. Also, why does it need to have carcinogenic food dyes in it.

The flavor is stronger than Id like for a child. Other than that, it works well. I would just be cautious if you have a picky flavor person you are buying it for.
