First of all this medicine actually helped stop a cough and dried up a very runny nose over night. However, anyone with small children will know that the real challenge is getting the medicine into them. I've tried so many different products, and this is the FIRST that wasn't a fight to get down! All cough sirus OTC to strong with an adule I take only half what the sugges dose still fell the dry nose but it works stop cough running nose all the stuff. I recomment it.

I've always used benadryl and still is a favorite has been for years and I have a lot of allergies and asthma. I started using this instead, it seems a bit milder and I use flonase and generic for certizine instead. It seems to cover everything better. I have over a 1000 allergies always have and this seems to work best for me.

It was very nice to have this medicine because we were sick. I also love the loving smiling grape on the front.

Works very well for children. The nightime version clears runny noses and helps the kids rest at night.

The flavor is stronger than Id like for a child. Other than that, it works well. I would just be cautious if you have a picky flavor person you are buying it for.

It works well enough, but is soon used up if you have a bad cold. And Walmart never keeps enough of it in stock. Also, why does it need to have carcinogenic food dyes in it.

Recommended for toddler but night time one is for over age six
