my nine year old daughter started to have fever followed by a sore throat and i went to buy this and started giving it to her and the next day she was fine. This medicine worked very well and fast

never used this item before today but it was cheaper than the usual robentessipny little fellow tool some and it eased his cough right u quickly

this is the only safe medicine we could find for a child who takes Prozac. there are drug interactions for certain cough medicines and antidepressants. be safe.

honestly, I prefer just the taste of the regular cough and cold version of this one but this time my 6yr old had the flu so I decided to get this one for the first time. The taste was definitely off the other one tastes so much better. this one definitely is preferred because of the anti-fever benefits all in one.

New formula does not have Phenylephrine nasal decongestant. Curious to see if it works just as well.

It taste horrible, but then all cough medicines do. It did take care of my symptoms enough that it allowed me to sleep. I got the children's one because of the alcohol free aspect of it. Over all it did what it was supposed to do.

Dimetapp is a great brand, but let me tell you what my 5-year-old does not like it, and I tried it. It is horrible tasting, And it made her groggy. I tried it, it is absolutely horrible as far as the taste goes works but horrible tasting, And I do not like the fact that it makes her groggy

Tbh, I am having a hard time finding any OTC cold, cough, and/ or flu medication that works on my child. However, she takes this one the easiest as far as taste is concerned.

Didn't do much to help my son's cough

Red grape flavor tastes nasty for the kid who refuses to take it. The regular grape flavor is accepted just fine. Why make a medicine for kids with such nasty flavor?
