these are the most best paper plates you can buy anywhere. they're strong and durable. they will not leak through the bottom even if you're using a knife like cutting a steak! they might cost a little more but you don't have to double them up like you do with the cheaper paper plates. so in all reality they're actually cheaper because you don't have to use as many.

As an apartment dweller, I have a dishwasher, but I never fill it / use it. I keep Chinet dinner plates to use for quick meals that are delivered to me or came home as take-out. They work great in the microwave, too.

These chinet plates are good for the money. They are stronger than the average heavy duty paper plates. The white design goes with any decor or celebration.

They're thick, sturdy, and durable-somewhat. I wouldn't recommend putting them in the Microwave, especially if it contains something that would create grease. They're not exactly leak-proof; and, food sticks to them, and the paper be stuck to the food, if you put them in the Microwave. (Specific of foods could, also, be a factor; I had Spaghetti when I put them in. And, I only put them in the Microwave once, this far.) Otherwise, I think they're fine to use, which is why I'd still recommend them.

I used them for the price and I use them because I need them but they soak through if there are any fluids or grease. They soak through so whatever they're sitting on has a puddle under it. They're really not good. They're not like like the ones I used to get. I noticed that the quality on a lot of things are beginning to be very poor

Boo hiss! Such a disappointment! I was expecting the traditional, strong and thick Chinet but this was far from it. Our butter on our corn on the cobs leaked through every single plate. I hope the oval ones haven't changed like the round ones have changed.

I bought these to use for Christmas dinner guests and ruined a white tablecloth. THEY ABSORB SAUCE AND GREASE LIKE A SPONGE! DO NOT USE WITH ITALIAN FOOD AS THE RED SAUCE SOAKED THRU ON TO TABLECLOTH! Tried using again this evening for fried shrimp and rice and the oil went right through. Never again!

these were terrible paper plates. they leaked right away and are not useful at all! ended up ordering another brand. don't waste your money.

Thick yet very absorbing. NOT designed for hot or juicy food. Immediate soak through. Used for a big party and was so embarrassed by the poor quality. Not flimsy but not good.
