The item was great. Giving a 4 because of shipping. Did not follow instructions %26 packages were wet. Packages left at front door, it rained %26 boxes were soaked to the point I couldn't pick the boxes up without them falling apart. poor delivery made me give a 4. Thankful it was plastic cups and not something that would have been destroyed. Get your shipping to follow directions %26 be able to read the note on doors.

These break or crack very easy. They're pretty but they are not durable. I do not recommend.
