ChocoMaker Strawberry Crème Flavored Candy Wafers, 7oz

The strawberry flavor is not over-powering and does not have a chemical taste. The color is a perfect match. And the flavor layers well with the white, dark and milk melts I use on my pretzels.

Color and flavor was perfect. For my first time trying this project, it was very easy to work with (once I figured it out lol) It melted easily.

Thin, flat like chocolates usually used for melting and creating your own things but taste like Strawberry Crème Candy Wafer . I really enjoyed them as is right from the bag. Will get more

These melting chips have a great strawberry cream flavor, they melt well, watch over heating. I used them on strawberries and pretzels. I double dipped some, first strawberry then chocolate.

I like the melting wafers color and ease of melting. The strawberry flavor is good and doesn't taste artificial. I am using it to make Easter candies. Upon heating, they tend to thicken fast. I added a little coconut oil before pouring into molds to thin it up a little. That seems to help.

As I mentioned earlier, one of the bags melted in the sun when left by my door. I was glad I got home soon after the delivery and it wasn't worse. They seem to be good quality, melting issue aside.

I will honestly say that, while these have a great strawberry flavor and a creamy texture, they do not work for certain things, like cake pops. You CANNOT thin these out because the melts will seize on you, plus, the melting instructions are not as simple as the regular melting wafers found at Walmart. If you're dipping pretzels or strawberries, the consistency is fine, but for lighter desserts like cake pops, then no, this isn't the best to use. So, while I give them a good rating and recommendation for the flavor, the rest just doesn't work for me.

This is not ideal for covering cake pops. It would help if you added coconut oil or another thining agent. It dries opaque and heavy. It is ideal for puring over molds for making candy that way; even for dipping strawberries, but not for dipping in the way of cake pops.

i never received the chocolate melt in the mail and never got my refund or the 3.00 i got charge for ordering that i was suppose to get back, so i dont know what they taste like.

Trash, exactly where this entire bag ended up. I tried 2 different kinds of bowls. It never got soft enough even following instructions, first round burned after slow heating it and literally mixing every 30 sec on defrost. 2nd method in a glass measuring cup seemed to work better but it still never got to a consistency I could drizzle with after heating and mixing it forever. I had to throw the whole batch out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND, it was a waste for me to even give it a shot and sad because it has a really nice flavor. Its just useless
