Arrived with broken Christmas ornament!

There was glitter in the balls with a design and and much of it had smeared the balls didn't look as good as I had expected

The package was delivered in a bag. their Christmas ornaments that should have been put in a box. The actual container the ornaments were in look like it went through a war and was torn on one side even though it's a cylinder. The top of the container had so much tape direct around it so it was returned at some point and just resold. ornaments were damaged but not all ornaments look much better online in the pictures. but I'm not wasting my time to return them so they can just package them up and resell them again like they did with these

I dislike the price the price do not mat h the quality of this ornaments. I did not like that the gliter was not staying on the ornament more. What I like was the colors on the ornaments.

Worst Purchase! Item was shipped in a sturdy box.ITEM INSIDE WAS CLEARLY SOMEONES RETURNED ITEM! Container was BROKEN, ITEMS WERE THEN PUT INSIDE A PLASTIC BAG TO HOLD TOGETHER. This was purchased as part of a gift set for a family's 1st Christmas Tree. DISGUSTED WITH SERVICE.

I ordered tree balls for decorating. All but two of the shatter proof balls were broken. The two balls that were not broken were dented badly. This package arrived to my mailbox in a soft wrap rather than in a Wal-mart box which issue could have been avoided if sent in a box to begin with. This is my 4th time at reaching out to Wal-mart. I have not heard back from anyone! I am disappointed in the service. there was no return label so I am out the money. I have asked for my money back or be sent new balls in a box. This is probably why I have not heard back. I will most likely take my business elsewhere. Far too many problems with Wal-mart these days.
