I put these up on my horse's stall at Christmas time. His stall is 24 feet wide and these fit perfectly up under the shelter. I used zip ties to secure them. I bought these because I didn't have electricity available. They come on each night at the same time and turn off five hours later. Set it and forget it. They ran for about 5 weeks on one set of batteries.

Very high quality and performance. There are eight selectable modes for these lights which is bound to satisfy any effect you want to achieve. The packaging is very durable and holds up well against the weather in outdoor use. The internal timer is high accuracy digital with an ON period of 6 hours followed by an OFF period of 18 hours for a total of 24 hours. This means you only turn it on at the desired time on the first night, and the timer automatically self-repeats on its own without further intervention from you for the rest of the season. The lights are powered by three AA batteries, and it's best to use the Lithium 1.5 Volt AA batteries, which hold up well in the coldest temperatures. Alkaline batteries become problematic at colder than 32 degrees F and aren't worth the trouble.

If you like the gold glow lights, they are called soft white. I hung this string of 50 lights along a long wall in a 4 smiles design at every 10 bulbs. I love the 9 programable feature, and the auto shut off and come-back-on after so many hours, if desired. These light aid to create a festival atmosphere for any occasion.

The lights work perfectly for the small application I wanted them for. The battery box has a water tight seal and the timer works great. Having a timer is a great idea as you don't need to physically turn the lights on and off every night on an outside display. They have multiple patterns you can select or constantly on. I can't say how long the three AA batteries will last as I have only had them on three nights. They are not too bright but work great for me.

Very pretty lights - nice and bright. Love the easy to wrap cord. The battery pack has a hook to hang on the tree. The batteries are easy to change. The remote - which I did not think I would use - is great. I find myself using it all the time. Buying another set for my smaller tree. Great find.

they were just as described.. bright, long lasting %26 perfect for my driveway entry posts.. I bout other batterie operated lights %26 they have now died twice and these are still running on the same batteries after 2 weeks.. i will most likely buy another set for my front patio!

These worked great! I had a party that lasted over 4 hours, and the lights stayed bright the whole time plus!! They had so many options to choose from- blinking, staying on- 7 total, I think. Plus, they were the perfect length for my garlands. I bought three and could easily have used more once I saw how well they worked. I think the only thing I'd say is I'd consider getting bulbs with colors next time. BUT, I do love how these looked together. I used them on a miniature tree, a 6 foot garland, and my door wreath- each area it fit PERFECTLY and worked great. I do see it had a timer, but I haven't used that function yet. Would absolutely recommend. I'm looking forward to keeping these out year-round to highlight certain decorations!

I wished it had multicolored lights, but understand why they're their all white-made in my native Germany I think where all Xmas tree lights are solid white. I like a jumble of colors! It's memory works, turned itself on the next day. Now if I can keep my deer from eating the controller!

These are perfect to add lights to wreaths. our timer box broke and instead of buying a new wreath I bought this set and wrapped it throughout the wreath and it looks great just like the original. Then I bought three more string lights to add to three on lit wreaths we have. They all look great! Good value and good quality!

So they are very long which is like. It covered the whole fence. I also like that it has a timer and the battery pack is very durable and looks waterproof. However, they are very dim even with brand new batteries. I like them enough for outdoors but I purchased a different set from Walmart that is being delivered tomorrow.
