Chrome CB Radio

Cant believe all the talk that I was not hearing on my Cobra 29, plus now I have upper and lower side-band. I use this for a base station unit with added bear cat speaker. I have talked skip on it several times just this week. Excellent value for the price especially if your looking for a CB with more than just AM.

This is a good CB and it get's out there clear an loud, price is good for this, I would expect to pay more any where else for this radio. I have had no problems at all with this item. Ed

The radio is pretty cool, works very well and arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. It was also priced 30% less than the other local retailers. Thanks Walmart!

well worth buying

I use this radio everyday for both traffic and weather information, what Walmart failed to let buyers know is that this unit, can use an optional wireless Mike that can be used up to 200 feet away from the radio, It costs around $43.00 dollars and is available on line, (NOT AT WALMART). and works great. the only thing is that you can't change channels thru the mike, you can only a just the volume. I highly recommend this radio if you enjoy talking or just listening to the CB radio/weather.

I was able to use this cb for about 15 mins.... Great sound quality and the diognostics are a great feature. Problem is that it didn't come in a protected box so the box was physically damaged the screen and top were scratched and I was pretty up set when the box came banged up. Another problem is the cb fried when I plugged it in to the standard 12v cig adapter. It blew the fuse and shorted out the cb causing it to smoke. Was very up set but I was happy and content with the cb and HPP is accepting a return free of charge. But the cb is a 9/10 overall rating. PS: the mic gain (volume of your voice to others) is very loud others could hear you loud and clear on 2-4 setting.

Bought for my brother for XMAS. Just what he needed while on the road.

For the price,it's a good radio to have. It has a lot of features & a nice look that blends in with any color interior. It has seven colors to choose from. NICE OVER ALL!!

The radio I got looked abused. It had a scratch on the face, but I needed it fast and did not have time to return it so I bit the bullet. However I am greatly pleased with the performance of it and do recommend the 880 to anyone.

Don't buy this c.b I've had mine for less than 3 mo and the radio doesn't get out good and the mic is junk can't find it in any truck stop or store that I've been looking. I tried calling customer service they were no help at all speed the extra money and get a good c.b don't waste your money on this one.. I won't waste my money next time I'll buy a cobra next time
