I've never had a metallic spray, or any other spray paint, that was as easy to apply as this product. It covers any color and one can goes a long ways. Very shiny. Looks as if whatever you paint is copper plated.
Daniel did a great job getting my delivery here very kind and patient waiting for me to get to the door I'm disabled. I'm very thankful for your service and thank you Daniel for being patient and kind.
I just bought a new can of this paint. I've used it before and it's I incredible the way it covers and looks like metal. I use this on scale models to simulate polished aluminum on model trucks and trailers. This can is for a scale aluminum dump trailer. It's not necessary but if you put a gloss black base under this paint (fully cured) it gives the shine more depth and a look of polished aluminum. Good stuff 👏
Rust- oleum is a great product! The color turned out fantastic, which was a metallic gold! It sprayed out nicely with full coverage, where I wanted it. Great job Rust-oleum!
Covers easily and looks good. The color does look different depending on whether you're spraying it on metal or or resin. Have not tried it plastic yet.
Used this many times over the years. always consistent spray, quick dry to the touch time and vibrant shade, not brassy, like other brands. Most recent use was to change my btonze lamp, turned out great as usual.
Pretty color when you initially spray, but it loses its shine rapidly, and I wouldn't recommend using it on anything you're going to be touching, because it does rub off. If you have painting expertise, you know you can start with a sanded surface, apply two coats of this, and then finish with a clear coat, but short of using a very expensive (and toxic) clear coat, this paint will not stand up over time.
This is a beautiful gold color and covers well and evenly, but it is nothing like the cap. It has no reflection and doesn't have a high gloss like the cap. Its very misleading considering they're more than capable of making the cap actually match. Funny thing is is this company makes a mirror finish gold like the cap on this one, yet the cap for the mirror finish is dull
it's not a bright coat, it's a dull coated color; after letting it dry, we used a dry cloth which was a super soft. when we gently moved the cloth forward, the cloth showed the color of the spray. we then touched it and our finger tip had the paint on it. it was wet we let it dry for well over than 4-5 days. this purchase was a loss for us and the results were not as promised.
It had sticky finish and took over 24 hours to dry and I had to get another can and Aaliyah looks gold instead of chrome but the spray bottle itself says chrome on it so is it a gold or is it silver because I went back and checked and make sure I put silver in the lid looks gold it's about is that the only spray paint product that rust oleum is the only thing that just about the rest of $30 thing they sell at Walmart Spray paint the back is the one I bought. The spray paint in front is one I already coated. It didn't dry.
