I read a lot of negative comments on this, so I was hesitant to purchase, but I am really happy I did! It was well packaged and is absolutely beautiful. Completely changed the look and feel of our living room. The fireplace actually throws a lot of heat, more than we thought it would. Definitely a great buy

assembly took us 4 hours. it's VERY HEAVY in the box and once it's put together to move around. it comes with lots of extra pieces of screws and things like that. it's very pretty and BIG and long. our 65 inch fits perfect with some extra space on top. the quality seems good no flimsy pieces and once it's all together extremely thick and heavy. also the fireplace ships separately and whenever it comes it's super easy to add to the entertainment center. very happy and I'm a real human being not a bot lol. just takes awhile to assemble.

I was hesitant about buying this tv stand, I’m glad that I did! I love it! It is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I also paid for assembly because I’m a damsel in distress when it comes to putting things together!

This entertainment center is truly beautiful. I love that you can change the colors or the fireplace and the background colors. Just got it put together last night so far. I really love it, especially for the price.

This is a birthday present that I received, and I put it in the living room. Being that this is a larger room I wanted it for the fireplace option because it was aesthetically pleasing, however, I did turn the heat on, and the heat function does not carry over The way I anticipated that it would. It looks great and it’s sturdy and well put together and holds everything that I needed it to, the only complaint that I have about it is that the heat is not as strong and come winter time, it will not do the job as a supplement.

I love this T.V. stand. it looks very nice. The assembly instructions are very simplified (step by step). There are a lot of steps though. Also it came in 2 pieces. The cabinet and the heater are separate. The shipping info only showed one of them at a time, so when only one showed up we paniced. we got the other a couple of days later.

overall very nice product! once out of its packaging it is actually very light to move around also very durable. The only disadvantage i had was my stand did not come with handles for the doors, besides that i highly recommend the product and am very pleased with it...jus wish the doors had handles.

I'm just complaining about delivery. Apparently the driver does not read delivery instructions. package s are heavy. We are older people and can't carry them that far . And 2nd package left on sidewalk while it was snowing !!!

I’ve ordered and returned this item over 2months ago. I had to return the order because it arrived damaged. I’ve only received a partial refund. Since then I’ve reached out about the difference in my refund and have not gotten a response. I am truly disappointed

I ordered this probably about a month ago. Decided to get started putting it together today and realized it was two different colors. I ordered it in the gray and it came in brown with a few gray pieces. I'm so irritated because how do you mix up two seperate colors in one order.
