No directions or website linking to directions were included. Have gotten it to work but not in the way that optimizes use. For example, have not figured out how to set the timer.

I brought 2 at the same time , and less than a week they broke when they about to get pressure, the air will up out of the top

I bought this Cikuci 12 in 1 Electric Pressure Cooker to use during Christmas. I received it on 29th of Nov., 2024, and I kept it unopend. Today 21st of Dec , 2024, when I opened the box to use it, the Whole Front Control Panel was Falling Out, I tried to push it back in to Attach it, but it Kept Falling Out, cos I was thinking it might have come off, but it Still is Falling Out. I have no Idea whether this a Return Cikuci 12 in 1 Pressure Cooker or whether it Got Damaged in the Shipment. I have Included the Photos of the Control Panel, how it is Falling Off the Cikuci Pressure Cooker Wall. I was Hoping to Use it During Christmas Holidays, now 3 days from Christmas I have No Time to Order another one, or to Get a Uber (I don't have a car) to go to Walmart %26 Stand in Line During the Christmas Rush to return it, just have to Use a regular pot now, What a Inconvenience 3 days before Christmas, Happy Christmas Cikuci %26 Walmart 🙋!
