Cirkul FITPH 30oz Tumbler

The cup is great, I put a little ice in the morning and there is still ice at the end of the day even after refilling. I take this cup everywhere and it's pretty durable, no scratches or dents. This was my first Cirkul cup and I was worried about the cost of the flavor pods, but even with them being $3-4 a piece it's worth it because I'm saving money on all the other drinks I would buy before this. It helped me stop drinking pop altogether, the cup and Cirkul pods are great.

After using the standard stainless steel white cirkul bottle in which you have to tilt it to drink it, i was hoping for a great upgrade purchasing this Tumbler that has a Straw feature! So, as like trying to draw liquid through a straw, plenty of sucking through to get the water to come up the straw. I was thinking the structure of the straw would have enabled an easier draw but that is not the case. Also, the fill line for the water is a good inch down from the top of the tumbler so to allow for the cartridge and straw which then makes it about 4 ounces less in water . The handle is nice and sturdy and the pale azure bluish color does have a nice sheer pastel rainbow hue to it when the light hits it, very nice. I bought 3 of these tumblers. Purple, Pink and the Mint color. Pink arrived and the straw didn't work. I got these tumblers so my water would stay colder longer since I already have the original bottles. These in fact do keep the water cold longer but the flavor runs out so much quicker. With the original bottle I can have my flavor dial at a 4 and taste a difference with these tumblers I have to have the flavor dial at a 9. And even at that sometimes I have to turn the bottle upside down to taste the flavor. Great concept just need a better way for the flavor to last with a low dial.

the lid doesn't give flavor at all with the floavor cartridges. my son said he couldnt taste any flavor even with the flavor dial turned all the way up! i thought it was the cartridge but realized there was something wrong with the actual lid/straw itself. he tried 2 different flavor cartridges before we finally realized it was DEFINITELY the lid. the cup itself is really beautiful and nice. my son really wanted a tumbler for school so hes still using it but were really disappointed in the lid design.. its non refundable and you cant use it without a flavor cartridge because theres no actual lid to seal it without one. im glad i didnt buy multiples like i wanted to!

I ordered for delivery, when it srrived thete was some rust looking marks on the rubber band. I contacted Cirkul, and they sent me washing instructions. this did not work. i tried rubbing alcahol, which i saw on a google search. it removed most of it. i notified Cirkul, and they were no help at all. they said it couldn't be rust because rubber doesn't rust. i said it was most likely from how it was stored and rubbed on it. they told me to let them know if walmart would return it. which they will, but i might only get another damaged one. in my opinion, Cirkul does not have helpful customer service.

LOVE the color!! But that's about it… Even if you can get water through it, which takes a few tries, you can't taste the flavor. I have the original bottle that's works with zero issues on level 2 or 3. This will last me at least a few bottles of water. I had this maxed out and tested nothing but water which I'm not sure I understand how that's possible. It's being returned. No thanks. I'll stick with the bottle that's works.

Unfortunately, when I received this item, I see right away with a huge yellow clearance sticker that I paid too much! It's marked down to $10.00 and I paid $19.98. It shows on the sticker that it was clearanced down on 12/09; I purchased 12/11, so the price should have been updated online. When I reached out to CS, they couldn't do anything other than return the item- not able to refund the price difference. What's the point of delivery when you end up driving to the store anyway!?

the Flavor Cartridges do not last , unless you put the marker on a 1 then you can not taste the flavor very very little ,you have to put the Flavor Cartridge marker on a 5 to a 7 to get a flavor then the Flavor Cartridges last about 3 to 4 tumblers full You can only get about a sip of water thru the straw, if you want a lot of water this will not work The Flavors are great , Cirkul did a great job with the flavors

What i dislike isn't the product, which are well made and of excellent quality. What i dislike is that Walmart took my money for this and then cancelled my order saying it was out of stock. If it takes 5 seconds to take my money, why does it take 10 days to return it?

I bought the bottle brand new and it arrived chipped and stained. Like there are multiple sections where the color is completely chipped off. There's maybe 5 other spots where there are dark black stains that will not come off. I don't know if it was used or if the handling was just terrible but ya definitely buy in person because genuinely spent $30 on a water bottle that looks like I've had it for years. I opened the bottle like 5 minutes ago. This is the bottle AFTER I washed it. Absolutely disgusting.
