Clairol Nice'n Easy Permanent Hair Color Cream, 4 Dark Brown, Hair Dye, 1 Application

First time using nice and easy hair dye and I am very happy with the results. I have used L'Oreal Excellence for 10 years the last two times I used it I noticed that my hair color did not change much and it did not get my roots like it used to. Then I read reviews that said that they changed the formula so I decided to try nice and easy and so far so good I'll keep using this because L'Oreal is not the same as it used to be.

I have been using the Nice n Easy shade 9 G light golden blond for as long as I can remember. I noticed that the last two packs I bought had a new model image on the front and it never crossed my mind that perhaps the actual product has changed. But I have just read these reviews and it appears to be that the formula has changed ….. and I agree, for the worst! My hair looks and feels awful after colouring it a couple of days go. It's flat, lifeless and a horrible monochrome colour. I would never have imagined such a change in a product. So, I won't be buying any more. Such a pity as it was so good.

I had originally gave this a five star rating but after using it I’m day 3 maybe less stars. Does not cover grey.. color lasts about 3 weeks if you never wash your hair it might last 4 weeks. I use expensive shampoo made for color treated hair and I have you used a product 1/2 this price that worked much better.

Have used this for two years and the change in formula has absolutely ruined the product. Doesn't even dye new growth properly. Colour doesn't stick so now I am left with banding that can be seen when I am in daylight. I beg please change the formula back to old one I can't cope.

The new formula is terrible! I'm so disappointed and will have to find a new hair dye now. At first I thought's it was just me so I tried again but the same terrible results and now checking the internet I can see that I am not the only one having this issue. I just don't see how the new formula passed testing. To make matters worse I stocked up as I have so many trips and events coming up that I wanted it in the house ready to go. What a waste.

The last two times I have used it, it turns purple in the container and does. It cover my gray, so I need to use a darker color? Please advise I will need to switch brands, this is horrible.

I have been using Nice'n Easy 5 Medium Brown for at least five years to cover my grey hair. They have changed the formula lately, and the new formula no longer covers my grey hair properly. It's sad to have to find an alternative brand to use, but please consider changing it back to the previous formula, as it was by far the best.

Have been using this colour for mmany years to cover my greys. This time it has not covered at all, leaving me with a different coloured regrowth stripe, the new formula is shocking. When washing it out I noticed th colour was a different colour then reading these reviews can see that it is not just me having a problem with this new formula. Clairol you need to sort this out as you have lost a valued customer and now i need to find something to match my colour that will colour the greys.

Just bought this hair dye and am extremely unhappy with the results. Put it on my dark brown hair to over my roots and it washed out black. Not brown black, but black with blue undertones. Completely ruined my colouring and will not buy again.

The last two times I have coloured my hair with nice and easy it no longer covers the very few grey hairs I have at the sides. This used to be so good but they have obviously changed the formula as it no longer covers the grey like it did.
