Salon quality product!
Salon quality product arrives in the new packaging, if works well and is strong like at the salons this is the developer I'd recommend nothing above volume 20. This alone can tinge your hair to an orange tone, I got it to mix in with Clariol BW2 bleach they pair well together.

Love my Wal-Mart Membership
