Clairol Root Touch-Up Natural Instincts Permanent Hair Dye, 2 Black, Hair Color, 1 Kit

I have used this for the first time. I have always been a dyed blonde in my adult years. I recently come across your very light blonde Root Touch up. I love it and will be using it forever!! I can't believe how perfect my roots were. The only thing I found difficult was using it at the back of my short bob hairstyle, I did try but I wasn't very successful.any advised on how I can find an easy way to colour the back of my hair.

Has this product shade (Medium Auburn 5R) been discontinued in the UK? It has not been available at any stocking outlets for some months now. I am having to substitute with the dark auburn, giving my hair an ombré look between full colours. Not ideal! Any information would be much apreciated!

I purchased this product a week ago, unsure how it would turn out. I have long blonde hair. My hairdresser isn't available due to illness. So only ever having the same hairdresser for 45 years I thought I would give it a go. Wow I am blown away by how well it's covered my roots. I have ordered a few more. I haven't tried doing the underneath as yet as I would need at least two packets. The price is fabulous too. I am very happy.

I love this product, unfortunately I've been unable to find it for some time in the dark brown shade. I didn't have to color my hair at all, just used it und it gave such color and great volume. I sure wish Clairol would bring it back. None of the other products come close to this one in easy of use and end result. Please bring it back!

This is the second time I have used this product, only been dyeing my hair last 3 years, because I wanted “ to go grey gracefully “ as I didn't have time to care for my roots. Normally I use cover sprays - until it gets too bad, and I still don't have time to go to the salon, so resort to this. This time went blonde and was little concerned , shouldn't have been. Delighted with results, especially as going on holiday tomorrow ,so no chance to dash to salon!

The correct item was received, check. The item was received same day, check. The item was delivered to the correct unit, check. The item was in good shape, negative. I opened the package and the box wasn't sealed. The items inside of it were all mixed up inside. It seems like I was just sent the last or only available item.

I thought this hair coloring would blend in great with my hair but it came out a very dark color almost purple and not a dark auburn color. It did color the grays but I'm not satisfied with the results of the color. It was also quite messy to use and seemed like rinsing out the leftover dye in my hair was never ending and yet the color was still awkward.

I have been using this product for years,however,recently i have started to experience irritation and sufferred a nasty skin rash all over my neck. I checked the ingredients and have noticed it contains lanolin, of which i am allergic.

works very well but very expensive as you only get enought product to go around the hair line and parting may as well buy the box dye and just use half of it and save the rest until next use
