The capacity and amount were decent!

This shampoo is supposed to be for blond and SILVER. It does not say silver. I order one before and it didn't say SILVER either!

The photo shows a bottle with a push dispenser but that does not come with it! Very frustrating for my elderly mother as she can't lift heavy items. And since I do not live close by, this internet purchase is more problematic than it should have been had she received what was ordered - a large bottle of shampoo with a dispenser attached!

I did not receive what was advertised. The bottle looks different and didn't come with the pump. I'm disappointed because I ordered the larger size to have the pump.

This is for blonde hair I requested gray hair. The product has changed its packaging or misrepresented its product. The old product was labeled for blonde and silver was a fine product, but this one is not.

I contacted the sellers twice as the pictures clearly showed a pump, which was why I purchased the product from them. It came without a pump they have yet to respond to my emails. They said they would respond within 48 hours. ilIt has been over 10 days.

The wrong item was sent to me and I'being told that is the same. I have used this product for a long time and what was sent to me is NOT what I ordered The container is a different color and it states it is for blondes .The products I ordered is for blond and silver hair..I will never order this again from Walmart.Picture below is what was sent to me. Clearly anyone can see the difference.

This item was for blonde only should have been blond and silver. So I went in line and purchased the smaller bottles. Meanwhile took the large bottle to the store. The service desk credited for the smaller bottles. So they have not come I got a $12.18 credit on my account. I'm currently out $23.99. I've issued complaints but no response. Not able to take a picture since I returned the bottle. It shows in my order
