I rated the products this way because the prices were fair and reasonable, the quality of the products were what I anticipated and my overall satisfaction is positive.

Tossed it in the dryer as directed, and voila - magic! I use it daily, and the shape has held up great. There's a handle to easily carry it around, multiple pockets for your phone, remote etc. I'm a picky girl and this exceeded my expectations on quality. Great value end product!

Price is good but it isn't that comfortable because it's to hard. If it was softer it would be much better.

there is a huge hole in it there is no damage to the box no damage to the packaging but damage to the product itself 40 bucks for absolute garbage do you have no qa/qc to check the product before it goes out the door? why not? why does the customer have to go through this whatsoever we spend our hard-earned money for total disrespect?

The material is soft, the color was perfect, but the pillow is stuffed with material that is so hard, it is uncomfortable to lean against. My mother could not use it. Very disappointed.

it sheds i have the navy blue and blue spots from the shedding is all my sheets and blankets.
