Absolutely awesome product. Exactly as pictured and functions as expected. I was disappointed by the required assembly (you have to build the whole cabinet and plug in a few wires) but overall the assembly was straightforward and easy. I’ve put probably about 40 hours into playing it so far and I haven’t noticed any issues. I was a little disappointed that the coin slot didn’t work but I guess this isn’t technically an arcade level game. I worked at an arcade for years and I can say that this game is definitely a well crafted residential model, best used by hobbyists.

The height of the game itself is perfect for average size people. I didn't need the riser but i assembled it first and don't want the hassle of returning it. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Assembled it by myself, but recommend two people. Screen is awesome just like the one I played in the arcade as a youth. Cabinet is sturdy. My husband and I play it in our office everyday. It's made for adults and children. Ms. Pac Man is very additive. Wish it had more games besides the two that I consistently play. Good purchase but wish it was cheaper since I only play 2 of the 12 or so games. But playes it so much that I've gotten my money's worth.

We have not stopped playing on it. The quality is superb. The assembly was a little difficult, but once we got it together, it's been great!

Everything was delivered and, although I thought maybe it would be somewhat assembled, it only took me 6 hours to put it together.. very surprised about that. I plugged it in and was so happy it worked... yay.

Wasn't expecting it to arrive needing to be fully assembled. But even without words (instructions were pictures), it went together smoothly and has been a big hit. Very happy with the purchase.

Fun! Nostalgic! Brings back memories of when I used to go to the arcade and play Miss Pac-Man and Gallagher my two favorite games😊 well worth the money!!

I like this game. However, I wish the joystick was made with more of a smoother glide. It sticks and can be very hard to maneuver. There should be a pause button on it as well. Overall, it's okay.

Fun to play. Brings back old childhood memories. I am rusty but if I play enough I'll get the hang of it.

Alright, I almost feel bad giving this “only” 4 stars, because the arcade itself absolutely deserves more. Let me start with the positives: the quality is outstanding across the board – the rack, monitor, sound system, exterior graphics, buttons, and joystick are all phenomenal. Especially when you consider the price point, this arcade is an incredible deal. I’m honestly in love with it and can’t wait to keep chasing high scores. So why not 5 stars? The only downside for me was one part of the assembly process. In my case, it should have taken around 90 minutes, but in reality it took me close to 2 hours and 45 minutes. The main culprit: the tiny screws in "Bag C". Mostly adult men will be building this rack, but these screws are extremely small, not every pre-drilled hole lines up perfectly, and “C” is the screw you need the most of – including in tight spots inside the rack, where space is limited. Definitely not friendly for larger hands. That being said, this is my only real complaint. Once it’s built, the arcade is a true masterpiece. If not for the frustrating screw situation, this would easily be a 5-star product.

I cannot get anyone from customer service so the the manufacturer or Wal Mart to help me. After putting the entire thing together we find out the mother board doesn't work. I'm about to return the entire machine and buy from another vendor. Do not buy this from Wal Mart if you want any help at all.
