I made coffee table and sealed the wood with it. So far it has held up and was easy to spread and apply. It took well to the wood I used and dried fairly quickly. I put multiple coats on it and it looks nice and clear and flat, no bubbles or over application spots. As far as odor it's like any other spray paint or finisher. Overall I enjoyed using this because I didn't want to grab a paint brush. This was easy to apply and looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Rust-Oleum Spar Urethane Clear Gloss to refinish an old wooden rocking chair, and I'm very happy with the outcome. After planing down some damaged areas, I applied the spar urethane. The difference is significant - the refinished chair looks so much better compared to an untreated one. I'm also confident it will now hold up well against the weather. I enjoyed using this product and would definitely use it again. Highly recommended for revitalizing and protecting outdoor wood furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the carat hand clear gloss oil based spar urethane spray, and used it on these beautiful outdoor shelves and huge bird house that my brother in law made out of an oak. I wanted to really bring the wood lines out but still look new and glossy. This had a wonderful sprayer, it came out super even, I could do nice even coats without dripping or blots. They dried perfectly, they also look fake they made the wood look so beautiful. I will have these pieces out on my porch during the summer and I can't wait to show them off. I highly recommend the oil based, it just looks phenomenal. 10/10 recommend.

I just made a wooden sign with our house numbers, This came such in handy just spray and let dry over night and your project will stay protected with all the different seasons we go through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stuff, decided to seal my cedar bird feeder. This applies smoothly and efficiently, it has a very low odor. I applied 2 coats to ensure great coverage and the spray can seems to have an over all easy coverage. I waited about 15 minutes before I applied the 2nd coat to give it enough drying time. Highly recommend for any outdoor wooden furniture or if your a bird lover like me and have any wooden feeders!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not even know where to start, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I first thought one of the cans may have gone bad but two others in the package I received had the same results. I work with wood and refurbish a lot of things all the time and fully gutted and remodeled several homes now so I am very familiar with using both, oil and water based polyurethane. Traditionally, oil based polyurethane has a little bit of a yellow tint to it - but this product was just causing extreme discoloration of the original objects due to being so extremely tinted itself. Further, no matter how careful and thin of a coat I applied, I would get runoff on any type of wood I tried this product on. Lastly, I yet have to have any of the pieces I tested this on fully dry - as per the label it should be dry to the touch within an hour and fully cured in 24. Everything I've sprayed is in a well ventilated area with steady air controlled temperature and low humidity. Even after over 48h not a single piece has dried, everything is remaining sticky on the surface. I am unsure if I just got a whole bad batch of these but the cans I currently have are simply unusable and I will have to cut my losses on the pieces that I sprayed with them/tested this on or take the time to fully remove the coat I sprayed on.
