Great product, packaging different than expected
I correct product showed up, but I'm disappointed that it was not in the correct bottle. I was hoping for a pump, as advertised. However, it is a squeeze bottle that you need to flip upside down. No other top or pump was provided. The actual face wash, however, is great. It is very mild - does not dry out your face or leave it with a feeling of film still being on it. Great face wash!

Doesn't include the pump.
This does not have the pump as appears in the picture but a pink lid. Also, it feels a bit more runny than the previous one I had, so I'm not sure if they've made any changes to the product.

Disappointed
I love the product but I did not receive the pump bottle as shown. I received a squeeze bottle which is very awkward to work with when your used to the pump bottle. I will not order from this seller again. False advertising and disappointing!!

Not pump bottles!!!
Not as pictured. Photo leads you to believe the bottles have pumps. That's not what I got.

I thought this was like the picture showed a pump, but I received a bottle, but I do love the product, but just not the packaging as showed in the picture

I paid for two bottles and only received one bottle. And I can't get a hold of anyone for my refund becuz it was a third party seller. So I just paid double Not doing this again. Next time I'll just walk into a store a buy from there
