I love this product from the get go!!! I highly recommend it and I'm so glad that my sister decided to go ahead and try it because at first she didn't want to but then I guess she started thinking about it and went ahead and did it without my knowledge but when it arrived at the house I went ahead and took it right out of the box started using it right away and our toilet has never been so clean. I mean it has but my point is is that I don't have to get my hands dirty per say

The product did work good when I first tried it. Then I bought refills and everyone of them came apart when I tried to clean with it. Not one but every one I tried to use came apart. Hard to use when they fall apart every time I try to use them. Very Irritating!!!

I have used this product for awhile and love the easy cleanup. But the last several sleeves of refill pads fall apart immediately when they get wet. I guess I am switching.

The adhesive use to attach the cleaning pad to the plastic holder is terrible. I have had the pad dislodged from the holder at least three times in the past week and this is not the first time this has happened. I guess it’s time to find another method for cleaning the toilets in my home.

Do not use this product if you have marble floors in your bathroom!! Impossible to remove if spilled or drops, etc. Major issue to replace the marble!!!!

I wanted to try out this product because it seemed convenient but it’s awful! The part where you stick into the handle rips off the pad and they’re all like that! I spent hard earned money on an awful product and all the other reviews seem to think so as well. You guys need to redesign this product.

I used to like these but had a head fall off and that is no fun! Kind of gross to go fishing for it or wonder if I might accidentally flush it down the toilet. What’s happening?

Don’t remove any hard water stains. Dont purchase!

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A VERY EXPENSIVE PLUMBER TO VISIT YOU!! Pads kept falling off and needed to "fish" them out of the toilet. Unfortunately, yesterday it found it's way up into the toilet. Unable to reach it---disgusting! And a "snake" is unable to get it out. Now we must completely remove the toilet in order to unclog it. HORRIBLE DESIGN!!!

I don't know what's going on with the pads that you put on the wand they fall apart as soon as I hit the water I'm so sick and tired of buying defective products. They never used to be like that back in the day but now they're a piece of crap. I hate them. They fall apart as soon as they hit the water in the past several years you started to sell a cheap product compared to when you first started selling them i loved them in the past but now forget
