New labeling but same great product
The label was different from advertisement on line. I took a rusted pair of wire cutters from my garage that I could not even open and put just a couple of drops of the breakfree on the hinge for a test. The next day the cutters were ready for work. The best CLP I have ever used. (cleaner, lubricant, and preservative)

Shipping improperly
I wrote a review a few days ago but it was never posted. I received an order with a 16oz. bottle of Break-Free CLP that leaked out. There were three other items in the order but luckily they were not damaged. The CLP was shipped with the sprayer installed, not capped. I notified customer service and in two days I received a replacement bottle. FANTASTIC! No leaks this time but they are still shipping the 16oz. bottle with the sprayer installed, no cap seal. I do love this product. CLP is the best. So is SG's customer service.

INDIFFERENCE TOWARD PURCHASERS EXPECTATIONS
GOOD PRODUCT POOR DELIVERY IE BAGGED RATHER THAN BOXED! I received a plastic bag and enclosed spray bottle covered in CLP liquid ! You really have to be STUPID to believe bagging this product is a good idea ! WALMART is allowing these practices to continue.
