Timeless classic with outstanding service
I like the timeless formula that resists changing to a lower quality product. Over and above this is the incredibly quick and efficient delivery to me in the hinterlands of North Carolina.

Sent me a different item than what I ordered.
They not only sent me a different item than what I ordered and paid for, they responded to my complaint with “We've contacted Country Surplus Supply on your behalf for the order below. Someone from their team will contact you within 48 hours.” It has been 10 days later now and NO ONE FROM COUNTRY SURPLUS SUPPLY (whoever they are) HAS RESPONDED!!! I hold Walmart accountable!!
