CLR Fresh and Clean Garbage Disposal Cleaner Foaming Pods, 5 Ct, Fresh Scent

I had noticed an odor coming from my drain for a very long time (10 yrs) and I had been told by neighbors to put bleach down my drain/disposal, which I did but the terrible odor would never go away. My Mom told me about these and I am SO glad I tried them out. My disposal had never been cleaned in this manner so I ended up using 3 different tablets until the terrible odor lessened. There was even some slimy grime that came up. I did follow up with some baking soda and vinegar and a few drops of lemon essential oil. My drain smells so much better now! The product is easy to use but make sure to read all the instructions before starting out. I misread the instructions and ended up wasting a tablet.

These freshen up the garbage disposal and seem to clean it well. I've tried a bunch of cleaners and so far these are my favorite (over the small round ones that you throw down). These actually foam up and provide a more thorough clean over the ones that just release a lemon scent.

Didn't expect much after reading the reviews, but it was all my local Walmart carried. I've been using various disposal cleaners for 20 years, so I know what they are supposed to do. Surprise! of surprises. The CLR Disposal Cleaners worked better than any brand I've ever tried and left the disposal smelling really clean, which no other brand has ever done. Follow the simple directions Exactly and you'll be pleased.

I looked inside my garbage disposal. I was shocked at what I saw. I have used this cleaner twice. It even cleans the rubber protector on the garbage disposal.

Amazing! After just one use, our kitchen sink was cleared of a lot of previous stuff in the disposal unit. VERY VERY happy with this great product, wish I had known about it years ago!

I followed the instructions carefully, but it didn’t foam (I even bent over the sink to look down into the disposal) and it didn’t smell any different. I then tried two packs at once. Still no results. Don’t waste your money!

Disappointed. Zero farming action and no noticeable difference (I.e. The garbage disposal smells the same as it did before I used this product).... Won't buy it again. The best way to clean the disposal is still by using a garbage disposal brush that is made specifically for garbage disposals. You get the biggest bang for your buck with a garbage disposal brush.

This did not do anything but go straight down the drain. Waste of my money. I suggest getting g the Glisten one, that works great.

I followed the directions verbatim and there was no foaming action. I tried another pod. Still no foaming action. I tried a third one! Even dissolved this one in the sink a bit to get the cover off and then pushed it in the sink and nothing! Wasted money. No smell. No foam. Disposal still grungy. Stay away.
