It is only a short cable to give you extra length where you need it and we had an 8 foot HDMI cord and we needed a little more to reach and thought this cable would do it but it wasn't even long enough to give us an inch and a half extra so I ended up going out and buying a 15 ft HDMI cable so I know that it would reach because the 8 foot wasn't going to reach and the 10 foot was still too short so I went and got a longer one that I know would reach.

Needed an extension to use a stick on a new TV. TV manufacturers put the connections in the back of the TV so when a stick is plugged in it doesn't receive the remote's signal. Stick manufactures give you a little 4-inch extension which does little to bring the stick closer to the TV's edge so it can read the remote. This setup works great as the stick is now hanging just below the TV so the remote can "talk" to it.

got this because my tv is too far away from my router to get good signal but i plugged this in and then plugged my roku into the other end and get much better signal now that it's so much closer to the router.

This extension allowed me to get my ROKU stick closer to the router which provided a better connection.

i would like to see these made in different lenghts with the female plug on one end and the male plug on the other end. so you could plug in movies easier without tring to get to the back of the T.V.
